Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This uses your Apple ID to recover any previous purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
No. All music you generate stays on your device. We don't upload, store, or have access to any audio you create. You can export your music at any time using the share functionality within the app.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. Restarting your device can also help. If none of this works, send us a message with your device model and iOS version.
Yes. Music you generate with our apps is yours to use however you like, including in commercial projects. No attribution required.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Our apps are currently iOS only. We don't have a timeline for Android at this time, but it's something we're considering.
